01 The story
Hi, I am Ahmed Abdeen.
I started building software more than thirteen years ago, and spent most of that time working directly with the people paying for it: founders with an idea and no technical partner, and operators whose business had outgrown spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.
Along the way I built a telehealth platform serving Medicare patients in the United States, a tracking system used across shipyards, an operations platform running car care for fleets in Saudi Arabia, and consumer apps in Las Vegas and the United Kingdom. Different industries, same job: understand the business first, then build the thing that actually moves it.
What I kept seeing was not a shortage of developers. It was a shortage of accountability. Freelancers finish and disappear. Agencies hand you off to an account manager and a queue. Founders end up managing software instead of running their business.
StarX exists to close that gap. You get one person who knows your product end to end, and a senior team behind him for design, web, mobile, backend, security, and support. I scope the work, review every release, and stay after launch.
