StarX Solutions is a software studio based in Cairo, Egypt, operated by Ahmed Abdeen. This policy explains what information we collect through starxsolutions.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
2. Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the message you write. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
3. Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and which links are clicked. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
4. Cookies
Analytics cookies are set by the tools above. You can block or delete them in your browser without losing access to any part of this site. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted on request. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
6. Sharing with others
Your information is processed by the services that run this site and our email: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and our email and hosting providers. They act on our instructions. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@starxsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Client project data
Work delivered to clients is covered by the project agreement, not by this policy. We treat client systems and data as confidential and do not use them as examples without permission.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be noted at the top.
