4. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation, nothing more. Timelines, prices, and scope described on this site are typical ranges. The figures that apply to your project are the ones written in your proposal.
5. Project work
Delivery, ownership, support, and payment for client work are set out in the agreement for that project. Where anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
6. Intellectual property
The StarX Solutions name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to us. Client names, logos, and screenshots appear with permission and remain the property of those clients.
7. Links to other sites
We link to client sites and to third-party platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their policies.
8. Availability
We aim to keep this site online and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. If they change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
